“Following directions in the dark on a mobile phone while trying to find the car park is certainly not a nice way to start a trip. In reality, you're in the middle of nowhere and it's simply too much hassle. However, staff are helpful, the coach trips were prompt, so ..... it's just OK, hence 3 stars.”
