“Was such a good option to use APH. Booked in advance and was such a good price, it made sense to park there. Had an early flight so made sense to park here at 3am and get the shuttle over to the airport. Hassle free. And then being picked up from the airport was all good too waiting at the stop for the next available shuttle back. Will book again and recommend to anyone to park with APH.”
“All was good on arrival. However 3 weeks later we we went to find our car it was not where we left if. As a self park we had the keys. It was 2am and raining hard and the car park was in pitch black. The car park had been completed redesigned as was no longer a self park and car were now jammed licked sardines. With the help of an attendant we found our car had been moved to the coach park. I have know idea how. We had no message or communication to tell us this was happening. It was raining hard we were slacked and my wife is registered disabled. I have since complained to APH who were not interested and pushed the problem to Airparks as they run the car park claiming APH is only a booking agent not the service provider. Bad show. Will not use them again. Questions still remain unanswered.”
“It worked well. The only negative was the bus driver on the way back around 3.30 am started an argument with someone who cut him up as we approached entrance to the car park. Language was awful. Someone on the bus told him to watch it as children on bus. They then had a lively argument. It all got out of hand. The bus driver did eventually drop us at red zone in self park but had demanded everyone left the bus at first stop! It was all very unnecessary and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stop me using this park again though.”
