“Very smooth and easy. Number plate recognition entry and exit is excellent, transfer to the airport terminal drops you right at the terminal entrance and frequency is good.
No complaints.”
“Easy process to follow. Team on hand to assist with any queries. Coach to and from the airport went without a hitch. The only potential problem is that there were several people waiting for the return journey and not everyone could get on the first coach. No problem of the weather is fine but if raining, could be an issue”
“On the upside its cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Arrival, although directions was fine. However coming home was not. Having landed around 11.30pm, we were waiting at the stand as instructed, after ten minutes my wife needed the loo. The bus duly arrive after about another 5 minutes. I mentioned to the driver that my wife was on her way back from the loo, he rather abruptly said he wouldn't wait and said we have to get the next one that would arrive in five minutes mumbling something amount meal breaks. We then wait atheist another 25 minutes until another bus arrived, in deed two arrived at same time which was as well as by then the queue had grown considerably. Drama over, no. Arrived at car park, no instruction from driver about when and where to get off, had to ask one of the carpet staff and rejoined the bus, eventually being dropped off in the right albeit poorly lit and flooded in places zone. Eventually set off home at 1am.”
