Shuttle bus on the way back to the car park were a little busy but only a 30 minute wair maximum for the second one.
The security were amazing with us, we had to get our car recovered due to engine failure and they were all really accommodating, even allowing AA to collect the car 24 hours later free of charge for the extra stay!”
“Everything ran smoothly, it was a good location and the transfers ran regularly. However, on our way back at 10.30 at night on a full bus the bus driver spoke extremely quietly to tell people what stop we were at and no one at the back could hear. He was very rude to my husband when he asked the bus driver to speak up. The transfer system worked well but I wouldn’t rate the staff!”
