“The bus driver was rather rude. I understand that he has a schedule to stick by. But my older diabetic father popped back to the car to collect a well needed snack. He was about 1 minute away and he said he wouldn’t wait and started to pull away. I made him wait but he wasn’t happy”
“Our booking wasn’t recognized. Even though we had necessary paperwork. Only by showing details on phone was the booking recognized. Then not told where to catch bus not very helpful sorry to say. Driver was good and helpful though.
Probably won’t use this facility again. Disappointed as we tend to always use APH.”
“Excellent Service as always, great location , good value and especially now as there are many restrictions from the unfortunate car park fire but this bus service is still able to transfer close to the Terminal .”
