“Very simple to use. Fairly easy to find if you follow instructions and it is daylight, but much more difficult to retrace your steps when it is dark. Instructions should be repeated in reverse order. Transit to airport and back was prompt and efficient, but the driver should point out that there are 2 car parks when the bus returns and it is dark. We got out at the first one we came to and could not find car in the darkness”

“Postcode took me straight to location, really easy process, straight in through the barrier which recognised my registration, plenty of space to park, lots of regular busses that took you as close as possible to the terminal and collection was from the same place as drop off for returning.
