“Booking was very straight forward and managed to book for two cars on the same booking. When using Sat nav be sure to use the postcode from the booking as the maps search took us to a different location - which was a couple of minutes away. We were concerned when arriving at self park that our registrations were not recognised. The attendant on duty was unable to get the details up on the handheld device so had to go to the office - this caused a short delay. She did not explain the problem, but let us enter. On the return trip the auto recognition at exit again did not recognise the number plate so we had to be let out by the attendant.
Transfers to and from the airport terminal were quick and we only waited a couple of minutes for the bus.”
“Directions to car park were easy to follow. We arrived when it was dark and were waved through by a lady standing by the entrance however we were unsure of where to park so just found the nearest space. The car park could do with more lighting. Buses run regularly and take about 10 mins, drivers are very friendly”
