“Easy to find the car park, kind and friendly staff waiting for you at the barrier to give you the information where you can park your car. Safe place to leave the car... Very grateful for it. Transfer is also great and on time with friendly driver.”
“Easy enough to find, the car park and transfer were fine.
They should however tell customers that the buses and bus stop at Luton make no reference to APH (bar a tiny sticker on side of the bus), was a bit confusing until we asked a driver.”
“Thought its situated in a farm area, the car park is quite accessible via shuttle buses (a 15mins journey) which are connected frequently and its a secured car park. I used the standard car park which was good enough and the staff are friendly as well. Can recommend this for Luton airport users”
“We arrived late at night to Luton coming back from our holiday and when I got off the bus, I didn't recognise the car park. I asked the driver where we were and he replied Luton, when I said this isn't where we parked and I don't recognise it, he said well it is and drove off.
There was 2 families with children and we had to drag all of our belongings out of the car park and walk up the road to the other car park. There was no call bell to ask for help, no staff around and no one could go and collect their car and then drive to the car park we were stood in as there was a barrier.
It was freezing cold and rainnig and not ideal after a long wait in an airport after a long delay on our flight home.”
