“My reservation was not in the system at all (good thing I had confirmation), the service guys were very helpful, you don't have to wait long for the bus that takes you to the airport. Fast and efficient. The only downside (apart from the lack of confirmation of the reservation) is the lack of information/arrow at the entrance where to go to Self Park. I recommend”
“The site is easy to find, easy access and met at the barrier by staff who gave clear instructions on where to go however, the one negative I have for this site is the Bus driver we had taking us to the airport was very rude and borderline aggressive when asking 2 passengers to move from where they were stood so pushchairs to get on. If he had explained what he was actually saying rather than shouting at them he would have got a better and quicker response.”
“Easy process just arrived at gate went to the row we were allocated. Was not told which bus stop to go to but very kind driver picked us up and quick trip to airport for drop off. Same in return pucked up at bus bay dropped at car park straight to car and home all very easy”
