“I had to pay 150 GBP on top of 57 GBp as I was parked on the wrong parking at the Luton Long Stay car park. I also saw similar incident happening with other customers as well. In total I spent 207 GBP for parking. And when I asked for refund, I was told that there won't be any refunds. How is this fair ? Also the parking signs were not clear with the board only saying luton long stay car park. Reference number JGG8P.”
“Had to write a review because I was pleasingly surprised. From arrival to departure everything was efficient. Easy to find, car park not too big that you walk miles. Quick transfer, 3 min wait. Drop at terminal. On return just missed bus but the next was along in 5 mins. Drivers friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.”
“Easy to find and well signposted. Upon entering, we were directed to where to park (we chose self park option). All instructions on pick up and drop off were provided on our original booking confirmation email. We always use APH when travelling from Luton airport for great value for money, ease of use and safety of our vehicle.”
“Very easy to find, only 5 mins extra than key drop off facility. Take a photo of where you leave the vehicke as the park lighting is quite poor. Small bus stops in winter but bus every 12 mins. You can use an app to tell you where bus is. Very efficient and cost effective parking. I would use this again.”
“Signage could be a little better as we went to the wrong car park first but only next door so not a problem as there wasn't much traffic when we arrived. Parking spaces are fine. The car park is secure. Buses are frequent. All very straightforward.”
