“The meet and greet would hugely benefit from a WhatsApp number. Calling and mishearing numbers or details of the bookings means that the process isn’t as fluid as it could be.
If you could just send a text beforehand when you’re 20 minutes away and then a text once you’ve picked up your luggage. Then the response could be a realistic response.
Rather than loitering in the car park waiting because I’d been told my car was already there when it wasn’t… I could have grab a quick breakfast and waited in the warmth instead.”

When we first started using meet and greet it was much nearer almost near terminal for limited mobility
But l expect the parking places are set by the airport”
“Very pleased booked this on a very cold and wet return to the UK…. was great just to get to car park and car was there. On way out at beginning of half term was very busy with lots of cars arriving so need to allow a bit of extra time to leave car.”
