“The procedure for leaving the car was ok, but on clearing luggage reclaim for pick up I phoned the given number. We made our way to the collection point. Our car was not there and we were left alone for 30 minutes in the car park while the car was collected and brought to the collection point. It would have been quicker to self park and catch a connecting bus to the car park. This was all after midnight and we were less than impressed, as when using 'meet and greet' previously our car has been waiting for us.”
