“The arrival and drop off was fine but on return to Luton airport and having called as requested we had to wait ages in the cold for our car to be returned. Clearly not the service I have paid for. Furthermore when I got the car back, the interior was filthy. I have contacted Maple about this including a photo of the interior of my car but sadly no response”
“Easy to find and a quick check in. Just as easy on return. This was the second time we have used Maple Meet and Great, and have just booked to use them again in October. It’s so lovely to just be minutes away from the car when you return and just want to get home.”
