“On the whole the service was good, very easy to drop off and pick up my car. The only criticism I have is that settings in my car were changed, including audio settings and bluetooth. Further, the seat driving position was dramatically changed, with the seat angle very low and far back meaning the driver was basically horizontal when moving my car. Might seem like a small thing, but when you land back late the last thing you want to be doing is adjusting the seat position.”
