Very little waiting time at car park on leaving and at the airport on return.
As a regular user of this car park in the past, this was my first experience of automated key drop and pick up. Both worked fine.
Only gripe is cost of parking as always, but this is, nevertheless, still generally the best value car park near the Airport at Luton.”

“Different to Gatwick where you have staff meet you at the desk, but efficient at key collection at 3am, not sure what it would be like at busy times. Although prices have increased significantly with not a lot of labour involvement.”
