“Easy to find and only a few minutes from the M1. Drop your keys, bus to the airport takes about 15minutes. Return journey to the car park was also easy and arrived at the airport within 10minutes of arrival.”
“The actual parking was very easy, as was key collection. The transfer to the airport was excellent however coming back from the airport the lady driving the bus was INCREDIBLY rude. There was a passenger on board who’s son was just coming out of the airport and had not boarded the bus, and he asked if she could let him on, the driver then started shouting at him saying it was not possible, the doors were closed and then set off without his son. She did not even give the man on board the option of getting off. She then continued to shout that she was ‘doing her job’ for the first 5 minutes of the journey. I was shocked how rude she was and her behaviour was completely unacceptable. All the other staff members were lovely apart from this driver. If it helps you to identify the member of staff it was around 3:45pm on Saturday.”
