“Brilliant service, all computerised now and seemed to work well. Bus was at the stop when we arrived back and we were back to our car in time. Scanned the ticket, got our keys and followed the instructions shown on the screen and written on the key tag.”
“Easy to use, parking at drop off was easy and returning to collect the car was easy, just had to scan my barcode (which was given at drop off) and key was released from a safe box. Car was easy to find from the map on screen at the safe box. All in all easy to use, will use this service anytime we fly from Luton in the future.”
“Very dissapointed to find one of our tyres had a nail in the tyre, what was not there when we left it, so had to change the wheel at 2.30 in the morning, but STEPHEN WAS VERY VERY helpful, came over to help us, and made sure our tyres were fit to drive. Because of our age he wanted to do most of the work, did not want us hurting our back, with a long drive home
