“Great value. Excellent Check in and transfer to airport. Easy return. My only issue is with location of car details. In the dark its hard to find and only way I found car was by flashing indicators.”
“We have used luton aph many times without issue unfortunately this time the service was below normal standard regarding drop of and pickup times we had a longer than normal wait at both ends some of the passengers had to run for there checking due to the long wait for a bus”
“All the arrival instructions were very clear plus the address on sat nav took me straight there .
I was a bit tense about the machine to drop keys etc but they did at the desk .. relief !
The bus was prompt the drivers friendly /helpful .
Upon return the driver also friendly and the bus prompt which I was thankful after hours of Ryanair delay at south of France .
The machine was easy to use and never seen a system like it with a little locker that pings open for your keys to collect .
Car was close by and everything was great .
Very happy with the great service . If I flew from Luton again I’d use them”
