“Absolute shambles, busy every 15 mins ????
We waited over an hour in a very warm day in a green house type shelter, 2 buses cam and dropped off but didn’t take anyone, when asked staff we were told they go to the self park first and only come back if they have room. After waiting such a long time in horrible conditions we and many others rang for an uber as we were worried about missing our flight”

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the APH Drop & Go Luton service, particularly the long wait for a transfer on what was a very warm day. We fully understand how stressful this would have been, especially with concerns about potentially missing your flight.
We are also sorry to hear your comments regarding bus availability and the information provided by staff on site. This is clearly not the level of service we expect, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been to see buses arrive without being able to board.

“Absolute ease from start to finish. Dropped the car and was greeted with someone who gave clear instruction on what to do for drop off. Then on the return, we arrived scanned our barcode, out popped the key and off we went. Would always recommend, especially after a poor experience in Stansted!”
