“APH Drop & Go Luton - easy to find following direction given on the booking. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A straight forward - fuss free drop-off, then onto the shuttle bus (again - very friendly staff). A short journey to the terminal and off on holiday. The return was also very easy - waited a short while for the shuttle and key return straight forward. Would definately recommend APH.”

“Although it is a little disconcerting to have such a level of automation for car parking it did work seamlessly. The key drop off was simple with a person available if you needed help, the bus shuttle was quick and convienient with little waiting to and from the airport. The key recovery was fine with the location row letter written on the key label. Only glitch was the exit from the parking site which seemed to have no scanner at the barrier so had to use the call button.”
