“Our flight on 6th sept was at 7.15. Fortunately we arrived early as we had to wait nearly an hour before we could get on a shuttle bus. We then had to stand all the way to the airport. My wife has mobility problems so this was very painful for her. We have used your service a number of times in the past but will be reluctant to use it in the future.

“Was very good with car drop off collection etc although we had a problem with our car so had a part delivered to the aph car park with reg number and ref number on parcel as advertised but unfortunately they didn't have my parcel to hand when I picked my car up (was locked in managers office apparently which is only accessible during office hours)”
“On the journey there, only 2 of the machines were working, so it took a long time to try and check my car in. Once I got to a machine, my booking then could not be found for whatever reason. Eventually a very helpful man was able to find my booking and got everything sorted, but the whole thing added close to an extra hour onto our journey to the airport. The journey home, however, was totally smooth sailing and easy to retrieve my car.”
