“I’ve used the Gatwick APH a few times. I have to say it’s a much slicker operation.
Whilst Luton was good and I would use again, one thing area could be improved. When we got off the bus to pick up our cars nobody knew where to go or what to do. The machines were for checking in, after about 10 mins a guy walked over and opened a small side office and started handing out keys. Before that there was confusion.”
“Staff cheerful and helpful even at 04.00! Dropped right outside the terminal entrance. Not so easy on return to see which were the APH buses and extremely busy. Prefer your Gatwick set up but would use again if travelling from Luton.”
