“Return flight date brought forward several weeks in advance, but APH system had not been updated to reflect change. Car was not therefore ready for drive-away. Took quite a bit of time for Staff to dig out car from wherever it had been parked.”

“When I went two pick my car up from the car park couldn’t believe how dirty it was it was covered in bird poo it looked like it been on a building site not all the cars looked like mine so it cost me money to get it cleaned as I could not drive around like it and the bird poo has done damage to my paint work”
“Very nice parking area. No issues. Only thing to note was the key drop would benefit from some padding so the keys down get damaged when dropping them in. Not a big issue but new car keys so could get scratched up.”
“There was a long queue at the airport Bay R, the designated pick up point for the shuttle bus. After about 10 mins a bus showed up but the driver refused most of the people saying he wasn’t going to where we needed to be and only a few people were allowed on. After another 10 mins another bus arrived, which became jam packed. We were told to get off at the first stop and others told to get off at the second. Why we couldn’t get on the first one was extremely frustrating as it said Airparks on the side …
On arrival everyone had to queue up for the keys as we weren’t able to follow the instructions given, the machines for key collection were not working. We thought the guy giving out the keys had said row G but it turned out to be row J … a misunderstanding of pronunciation we think … just what we needed after our flight and standing in a queue and on the bus with a long drive ahead of us! So all in all an unsatisfactory procedure.”
