It was really easy to drop my car, then take the bus to the airport. I had the same experience on the return journey. I have used them a few times now and would use them again”
“Very easy service to use. Although there are self service options and the machines are easy to use, there is on hand help which was lovely. A quick hello and a smile just eased the process. The confirmation email had all the travel directions and step by step guides we needed as standard. The shuttle was an easy transfer to the airport and on return it was super quick to get my key and find my car.”

“The checking in for the outbound flight was flawless and easy. Did not have to wait long for the shuttle bus and the driver was very friendly. However the shuttle bus experience on the way back falls well below my expectations for the service and I would go so far as to say rude. We stood at the correct bus bay when the bus arrived. The bus driver was rude and was shouting at people demanding he only wanted red/pink tickets. When the second shuttle arrived he parked in the wrong bay so I went from being right at the front of the queue, to the back. Again the bus driver was short and someone next to me in the queue actually said “At the least the company is an equal opportunities employer … the staff are equally rude to everyone”. Other than this when we got back to the car park I was promptly handed my keys and parked in a good location.”
“Instructions looked very complicated but it was so easy when you got there. Helpful staff on hand and very quick and simple process. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the bus transfer (40 minutes ish). Not sure why. It appeared that one went past without stopping.”
“Couldn’t recommend this service enough, it was the cheapest option in terms of drop and go which is what we wanted but the best service we have received and we have previously used many different providers. The buses are fast, the process was seamless and we had no issues with the vehicle upon return. Fast, easy and stress free. Highly recommend!”
