“Not the best experience, this is not APH’s fault, the site was run by Airparks really. My nice clean car was filthy when I picked it up and one of the windows was open. The transfer back to the car from the airport was chaotic, too many people and only one exit to get off, you had to fight past passengers before the driver set off for the next stop. In future I will stick with APH and their own parking sites, I’ve never had any problems with APH’s service.”
“On arrival there was a big queue to enter due to a fault with the barriers. At 4am it was a surprise! A system which should be automated required people to support. There could have been more signage too as one car wasn’t close enough to the barrier so it didn’t open. The key drop system was also broken so required human intervention. On collection, this also required assistance from a person for a system that should have been electronic.
The transfer was effective and the space felts secure to leave our car.”

“No problems going out but on return staff were rude and curt, probably due to the hot weather. The announcements on the bus were poor which meant we missed our stop. On attempting to collect keys there was nobody in the office so we had to wait for someone to turn up.”
