“The APH booking process is easy to use. The car drop-off and return procedure from the airport all worked so well, so far we have never had a problem with the many times we have used APH airport parking services.”
“Instructions for return need to be clearer, confusing bus ride back about when to get off. There was a phone number on ticket that implied you had to ring up but was a number for Gatwick. Also issue with booking not being recognised and helpful staff member having to create a manual booking for us.”
“Easy drop off - only concerned was the bus back to the car park on our return to the UK - it was very over crowded with people and cases - from a H&S point I’m not sure if that was quite legal? Are there not limits on numbers that can be safely carried ?”
