“It's a bit confusing when picking up keys as it's changed since we last used it. But once we read the instructions, we were fine, no one on hand to help people, which was a bit hard as everyone was trying to help each other when using the scanner as it didn't always work.”

Only downside is Luton airport bus stand quieing arrangements which are abysmal, but that's not APH fault, maybe if all companies made it known to the airport they might act and improve”
