“Tried to charge me an extra 20 pounds on arrival. The man claimed I hadn't paid for all the days, luckily I'd printed out the booking which clearly stated what days I'd booked for. Make sure you bring a print out so they don't charge you any more.”
“I was a little concerned as the whole layout and the car drop area was completely changed. Normally I'd drop my key off and speak to lovely customer reps - now I just drop the car off and get on the bus, a lot slicker but its missing the human touch.”
“i have used this company for last 3/4 yrs, 4/5 times year, however on this visit they have a new system in operation, which is mainly better, but has one major flaw, when you pick up your key from box at reception, you are not told where your car is among the 100 or so cars outside in 4 rows, on this trip i was back at 1pm so not too bad, but if i had come back late in day and desperate to get home i would not have been happy, plase sort this out”
