“Fantastic service, car drop off and pick up was easy and ran smoothly
We did have to wait a good 20 mins for a bus on the way back, so maybe more frequency on the busses in the evening, as there were lots of us waiting, couldn't all fit into a bus, and so had to wait for the next one, which we did get on, and still left people behind, that's my only suggestion

“Very Happy with APH at Gatwick but Luton is run by Airparks & all electronic self service which would be fine if it worked. Did not recognise my booking reference or car reg. Fortunately a man was there to help. Pick up keys was a nightmare, took several attempts to recognise bar code & no staff to help which was very stressful after travelling all day.”
“Very slick and good use of technology, but with staff on hand if you have a problem. Easy to find and not too far from airport will make use of the charging service next time”
“Check out was a bit confusing in that the tickets were blue and therefore went to the blue section whereas my key was held in the red section. Also tried to open the box from the bottom but opens from the top whereas the bottom looks the better place to open it from.”
