“Great drop-off quick and easy. Greeted by friendly team member. Shuttle bus was pretty much there soon as we arrived. Pick was a slightly different story. When we arrived at car
Park we had misplaced our tickets. Entered the office for assistance the gentleman in there had no idea what he was doing. Couldn’t reprint a ticket which meant a 15 minute wait. He tried a number of times before asking for someone to help him. We were then able to get our cars, not pointed in any direction as to where the cars may be. Ticket said parked in N bay was right at the end of the row M. All of this after a 3 hour flight delay so it was 3am. Not very helpful. Also for some reason the dash cam was unplugged, which just makes you think something dodgy happened.
Bonus the price was the best could find but probably wouldn’t leave keys with them again. Unless an explanation as to why the dash cam was unplugged could be given. Very suspicious.

“The whole system is so complicated. There is a self check in computer which takes ages as it does not recognise your input and you have to keep deleting and starting again. The buses are so busy and not frequent enough, so you're standing around for ages waiting and then you might not be able to get on and have to wait for another bus”
