Friendly staff to help you through the proces, as it was the first time to use aph Luton usually Gatwick which we also used for many years Well done for offering an excellent service

The processing and pick up from the parking was very fast and efficient. However, we had a 20 minute wait along with many others at the airport on our return. On my return, my car was parked in such an impossible position, I had to reverse against the flow of the traffic and reverse the length of the road to the exit route in pitch darkness. This is not what I expect from APH and will make me consider options in the future.

The car park is well laid out straight in to parking space No hassle,the staff told us what to do I would recommend the company

Easy and quick to drop as well as pickup the car ! Very efficient and innovative way. Stress free and saves time. Only thing is when I collected my car , my front dash cam was fallen over dashboard . I suspect due to heat the glue might have given away .

Car park was in a terrible condition, with pot holes and hard to drag suitcase. Long wait inbetween buses from airport standing out in the cold and rain, and this is not even peak season. If they are so busy now, probably should invest in more buses

Great drop-off quick and easy. Greeted by friendly team member. Shuttle bus was pretty much there soon as we arrived. Pick was a slightly different story. When we arrived at car Park we had misplaced our tickets. Entered the office for assistance the gentleman in there had no idea what he was doing. Couldn’t reprint a ticket which meant a 15 minute wait. He tried a number of times before asking for someone to help him. We were then able to get our cars, not pointed in any direction as to where the cars may be. Ticket said parked in N bay was right at the end of the row M. All of this after a 3 hour flight delay so it was 3am. Not very helpful. Also for some reason the dash cam was unplugged, which just makes you think something dodgy happened. Bonus the price was the best could find but probably wouldn’t leave keys with them again. Unless an explanation as to why the dash cam was unplugged could be given. Very suspicious. 3 stars. 1 for price, 1 for ease, 1 for helpfulness of First Lady when we arrived.
