“Very much a self service style of parking. I prefer to speak to a person, leave my key at a desk & then hop on a courtesy bus.
After driving in the dark for a couple of hours, the last thing I wanted was to stand at a screen to log in etc. Yes, there was a helpful lady on hand who seemed to have to assist everyone who tried to log on....a bit like scanning yourself at a supermarket. Again on return, it was self service again & you get your key back from an allocated box. You then get shown where your car is located on a screen but the details disappear before you have time to digest the information. I expect if I did this again it would be easier. Aged 70 but perhaps aimed at the younger generation.”
