“Easy process parking car & leaving the key & collecting key on return. Not sure where our car was kept whilst we were away but it was absolutely covered in bird droppings. I had to wade bare foot (my sandals would gave been ruined otherwise)in a massive puddle to get into the car. APH obviously are not responsible for the rain! However the car was parked in a bit of a dip.”
“Amazing service!! The instructions were very clear and made it so easy. We dropped the car off early on the morning and there was a bus waiting for us ready to take us to the airport. On return we waited 4 minutes for the bus and as soon as we boarded it took us straight back to the car park where we scanned the barcode we were given on arrival and our keys were released from a locker. It was all so easy and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you”
“The drop and go system is very good and easy to use. More care on parking car for return needed. Very difficult to get car out with where other cars are parked.”
“Easy to find. Plenty of staff to direct you to your parking. Helpful staff to guide you through key drop. Didn't wait long for a transfer bus. On way home in the early hours had a little longer to wait but ok. Got our keys easily. All I all well organised. Highly recommended.”
