“I chose this site as it was the cheapest one. What made me feel a bit stressfull is that I think the pick up time is concrete and there is no allowance in case a delayed return flight. Maybe there is but I couldn’t find any information about it while booking compared to the other airport parking sites.
Other than this, it’s a parking that does what’s written on the tin.”
“Easy to find, quick process to drop your key off and a bus was already there. On return we waited 10 mins for a bus and collection of key was easy. Car was clean and in good condition. Would use again!”
“Very poor service on return from Luton to car parks.
Myself with approximately 100 people queued for around 46 minutes before a bus arrived.
When to bus arrived the queue was disregarded as a group of 20 people decided that they didn’t need to queue and were allowed to access the bus before anyone else. Complete shambles, it was carnage! I called the office after 40 minutes and was told that there is a lot of traffic and that the air parks cannot control the traffic at Luton, what I said was on the basis the traffic ussues have been affecting your service for some weeks, you could have told me there would have been a delay in your service and I would have chose. To not use you!
Alternatively put on extra buses. Won’t be using again in a hurry.”
“Not to the usual high standard of APH but as they are a 3rd party supplier (words used by reception when booking in) it's partly out of their control how Airparks operate.
Overcrowding on the coach with families holding children/babies in their arms jostling with other people as they RAMMED the bus so full it was dangerous from Luton airport coming back. I took photos as was so alarmed that the driver behaved so negligent. Could have been a serious incident especially going round bends when people were grabbing whatever they could to stop themselves falling on top of other people. I had cases knocked into my legs and got bruises. Lots of children on bus. The driver doesnt offer support to anyone. We would never use Airparks again at Luton. We usually fly from Gatwick 3/4 times a year with no issues whatsoever.”
