“Well organised and straightforward. The staff was helpful with helping to register the car. The bus was there already and we did about 15 min to the airport. The bus bay was right in front of the terminal. Recommended.”
“Friendly helpful staff both at car park and on bus. Unfortunately for me due to roadworks currently in the car park area there was a delay in the bus arriving for transport from Luton airport but the driver got as many people on his bus as he could. Leaving and collecting the car was easy and efficient.”
“The information given on the return instructions is incorrect. The bus lane was changed earlier this year I was told by the driver yet you continue to send the wrong information out on you email bokking/return instructions.”
