“Firstly, this is not a APH car park whom we have always been very happy with. It is Airparks despite booking through APH. It has a DIY check in, although there are staff on hand to help, who were friendly and helpful. Despite this I found the check in process frustrating. Pick up bus was rammed like a tube train in the rush hour. Unlike APH services we have used, there is no help with luggage by the driver. On returning to pick up the car, it was parked in a muddy gravelly bay, resulting in mud on shoes and in the car, appalling conditions. Will not be using again.”
