“This was such an easy option to park and ride when flying from Luton. From booking, parking and then collection on return was very easy. The shuttle bus was easily located, I’d definitely recommend using this out of town car park as it is cheaper and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.”
“Quick and easy, staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced is on arriving back at Luton I checked the email information for bus stop info and it says that’s a national express pick up. We then watched the air parks bus drive out of a bay further around so we missed it.
I asked an assistant and he directed me to the correct bay. You may just need to update the pick up instructions on your email. Other than all was good thank you.”
