“Dropping off car & keys relatively easy but bus pick up to terminal was a shambles ,with empty buses going past waiting people. Drivers were rude & arrogant when people asked them questions about how the shuttle worked. Took over an hour from checking car in to actually arriving at terminal.
On return we had 25 min wait in long bus queue until bus arrived, we got on but many were left behind us.
With everyone giving return times upon initial booking why we buses not there!
Arriving back at parking we followed the given instructions and key collection was very easy BUT we had NO idea where the car was parked. Walked the whole dark poorly lit area to eventually find it . I spoke to the only parking employee on site who said there was a 3 second message on the key collection screen indicating location of car.We had no prior instructions to look for this message , so after a 5 hr flight ,nearly an hour getting back to parking we were expected to see a 3 second message without any prior notification or written instruction. It would have been so easy to print these details on the key collection ticket to have made us aware to look for the 3 second message.
This parking might work for some but we know now to not use it again.”

Very busy/full bus when pick-up after midnight landing, driver using clicker-counter, so a few left standing waiting next bus- I guess busy time if lots of flights land about same time!”
“Everithing was very good, only thing that can be imroved, please have a much bigger sign showing APH, this car park it is an Airparks car park and we arrived there in rain and dark and we were thinking that we are not in the right place....I drive a little more down the road :)...and I decided to turn back and try to check in and it worked :)... after I saw an APH sign but i consider is too small....”
