“From the print out from the airport return it clearly stated catch the shuttle back from bay R this was clearly not the correct information as the bus was picking up from the opposite side of the terminal it would help to have this informative updated as we had to make our way in heavy snow with cases other than this we couldn't fault the system. The staff were excellent.”
“I had big issues using this place, I left my car there and came back to it not starting! Being told that the battery had died the night before when they tried to move it into place for me, they continuously tried to jump the car with a bumper pack (without my permission) when I arrived I was just given the keys and told there was an issue, no help off anybody! Considering they had known for more than 24hours, no one contacted me to give me a head start on being recovered! After 7 hours of sitting on the floor in reception, with my 8 year old niece, I had to pay £500 to be recovered and brought back home and when I had the car reviewed by a mechanic, I was told that the car had been improperly jumped and it burnt out my ECU unit which I do actually have in writing! £950 to fix my car, it was the most stressful time for me and my family and I don’t feel like we was looked after very well at all. Safe to say I won’t be using APH anywhere anymore!”

On our return bus waiting straight to red area and scanned code on card and told you what number box and opened returned keys with where car was .”
