“Clear drop off instructions provided, staff very polite and friendly. Transfer bus short waiting time and journey. Pick up very easy, especially after a long day travelling! Will definitely recimmend nd use again.”
“Arrival to car park no problems however upon return very late the key was not in the place the fob said it was so after walking around the car park in early hours of morning cold ! We had to ask for help we eventually found my car no where near the supposed space it should of been in”
“We arrived and left our car to be parked, I mentioned to the staff we had Blue Badge parking and they said it would be at the front when we returned.
We headed over to the bus Myself pulling a large trolley bag, my adult disabled child walking with a Rolator and a large 4 wheeled suitcases.
The bus took ages to arrive and the area was very busy at 4am.
When the bus did arrive every pushed forward and the bus was soon full. We were told we would have to wait for the next one another 20 mins.
The next bus arrived, as we went to get on the Driver told us told let other passengers get on first as they wouldn't be able to get passed my child's Rolator.
Surely Disabled passengers get on first so they sit in the designated area.
My child had to stand all the way from Slip End to Luton while able bodied people sat in the accessible seats leaning on there Rolator which was not only dangerous but totally unacceptable.
When we got off everyone was pushing it was a total nightmare.
The return bus trip was better as we had Luton Assisted travel so we were taken to the front of the queue and the driver was very helpful.
However when we arrived in the carpark and retrieved our car keys our car was parked in Zone N the furthest away from the drop off not the Blue Badge Collection and it was the only car in the carpark REVERSE PARKED! Which ment I had to pull the car out of the space into exiting traffic to load the Luggage and Rolator why other cars hooted and forced there way around us.
There were no staff around to help.
Would not recommend this CarPark if you have Accessible Needs.”
