“Very easy to use. Turned up, used the screens to register my key.
On return we used the screens again to get our key from the drop box, and was easy to find the car.”
“The arrival was absolutely fine had no problems. However on return I arrived to a flat tyre and my dust cap no where to be seen. I approached a member of staff and as you can imagine at this point of my trip I just want to return home. In the office there was a lady unfortunately not understanding anything I was saying whilst playing music loudly out of her phone. Eventually after finding someone they appear to already know about this problem but didn’t think to email to inform or let me know of this problem. They tried to use there pump that wasn’t working and claimed they tired to pump it up earlier and it didn’t work (when actually the pump wasn't ever working) The manager then approached and basically claimed it wasn’t there problem and tyres and windows aren’t covered on their insurance and proceeded to walk away. This left me stranded and extremely frustrated. After 10 mins of waiting and thinking he returned and said he’ll try a different pump he has. Thankfully this eventually worked and he told us to wait 5 mins and see what happens and he’ll return. No surprise he didn’t return. What an extremely unhelpful team of people. I would not use this service again.”
