“We arrived early 4am 25 April all the rows were full - self check in not working it would not recognize my booking reference - one person trying to deal with everything - eventually we managed to get checked in using car registration - was very stressful”
“We were shocked by the appalling way our car had been parked. It was not even possible for the passenger to get into the car as it had been parked so close to another vehicle.
It took a many manouvers to get the car out of the space.
We previously used the luton self park and were delighted with their service. Will not be using the drop and go again. When vehicles are treated with so little care and respect.
