“Drop off ‘confusing’ & would prefer to have a human being providing customer service & welcoming behind a desk, rather than a screen to check-in on. Didn’t need this on top of negotiating terrible traffic in appalling weather conditions getting to the car park. Not the best start to a much needed holiday.”

Car was returned in the same state I left it which is nothing less than expected.”

QUOTE: Cars are parked at owner’s risk at all locations, including hotel car parks, with the exception of APH owned and operated car parks and services at Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham. Would use APH at these locations but NOT Luton.
Fully recommend using the Car Park service but would suggest booking through Airparks to get better cover.”

Shame about the bus drivers on both journeys to & from the airport, no help with cases, on previous years the bus drivers have been very helpful & friendly.”
