“Drop off was efficient. Collection less so - it would have been helpful if the bus driver had mentioned that key collection for the drop and go parking area was at the second stop. It would have saved half a dozen of us getting off the bus (in the dark) and getting concerned at being unable to locate anywhere to retrieve our keys until he enlightened us about the second stop!”
“Drop off was straightforward and easy to do, staff were friendly and helpful with the whole process even early hours of the morning. Main is was my inner left mirror being smashed and placed on the front of my car, had attached and reinforced as it was flapping slightly but no chance it should be of been smashed into pieces and fallen off, especially if the car had been parked stationary for a few days, furthermore mirror adjustment inside car seems to of been used too hard so now it won’t align properly. Wasn’t pleased at all and last thing you want after travelling back from a trip, especially because I had to drive back with half a mirror…”
