“I have used your services on a number of occasions without any problems. On this occasion when returning I found my car (RK15 ZBD) jammed between 2 other cars and had to enlist the help of another person to extricate it. I was unhappy with this service as my flight was more than 2 hours late on arriving and with 3 children under the age of 8 in the car I did not need this complication at nearly 11 o'clock at night. Hence I have not given you a 5 Star rating.”
