“Excellent service we arrived at 3.15am plenty of staff there to help and advise very quick process then onto bus for the airport. On our return the only problem we had was bus at stop E was there waiting with 4 people on the bus but the driver while sitting there wasn’t going to let us on even though he didn’t leave for a few minutes we had had a long day travelling and waiting at the airport for luggage and when you see the bus there you feel you are at the end of your journey and then your left standing there while the driver just looking at you then pulling away I felt very disappointed and it felt like an age before another one came along. But the actual process of parking and picking up the car was excellent just the buses need some reviewing.”
