“Spectacular experience! It's really easy to follow all instructions, just super clear on all steps. Fantastic connection with an airport. On the return way, our flight was delayed. we were extremely tired, but again, all we needed to do was scan barcode and pick up the key from the box, car just there for us , amazing, super satisfied. “I have a little mixed feelings about APH. I was using APH for last 5-6 years and I never had any problems till recently.
My bus from Luton airport was on the 1st of September at 20.20 hrs.
When I was walking from terminal I saw Aph bus. The bus driver was inside vehicle with 2 (two) passengers. The gate was shut. I was waving to the bus driver. But bus driver ignored me. She was staying in the bay for another 2 minutes and left.
I had to wait for another bus.
I felt really disappointed because only my family was waiting there. The bus was empty and it was a lot of space.”
