“Always use this car park when I travel from Luton airport, 3 times a year. So easy and efficientand good value for money. Wish it was easier to exit though, too much faffing for some at the barrier, delaying everyone else.”
“I do not like not taking to a human, I thought the person there to help you was rude, assuming we knew how to use the machine, I will not be using APH again at Luton and if Gatwick has changed I won't use the one there either”
“Overall a great option for parking at Luton - fair price, secure, quick transfer. Buses are frequent but very busy - lots of people having to stand. Only difficulty was getting out of the car park - bus driver decided to turn into the car park as we were leaving rather than let us go so he could get the space to turn and was very very close to crashing into us. We had to manoeuvre quickly to avoid a collision.”
“On dropping off my keys, the member of staff was very efficient and showed me what to do, even if it was 3.00am.
Collecting my keys I found it a little confusing as there were two sides with blue and red boxes. Now that I have mastered the procedure it should be easy the next time.”
