“The service was pretty good.
Upon our departure, the staff showed us how to check-in. The staff member was bored, it was 5 am.
The bus came quickly and drove us to the airport with no issues.
On our arrival, there was a bit of an issue with the bus. There are 2 stops, the first for self-parking, and the second for drop-and-go. It would be nice to know this in advance so we don't leave the bus with all the baggage and the stroller only to get back in.
Once we have got to the destination we easily took the keys and found the car. The system is pretty smooth.
Another drawback was that when we wanted to leave the parking, the device asking for the receipt bar code is not fit for online bookings so everybody was trying to scan the key receipt bar code, than the key receipt bar code only to end up calling for support. everybody....
So overall I would say 4 stars for the car parking system and handling, but some improvements are needed on informing the clients about there bus stops and on the exit barrier.”
“What stops it from getting 5 stars.
Firstly the buses. Used to be plentiful with lots of space but the last two times weve used them weve stood in a queue and not been able to get on the first bus because there were too many people. Meaning a long wait. Not funny at 1am with young children.
Secondly cost. Ive never had to pay more than about £80 for a week in the past this year it cost me over £120 and that was supposedly with a discount. Seems excessive.”
