“Used Air Parks many times before and this time it let me down .
Home bound - we got to the bus stop, and the bus was still at the stop. The driver saw us and drove off . He then stopped and let 3 people off - only 6 or 7 people left on board and then continued to drive off . Waited 10 -15 minutes - by this point the bus stop was packed . On booking and check in you take our return times and flight numbers so you know how many people will arriving, at any given time- why do you not provide the service to pick these passengers up. The next bus driver shouted he cannot take everyone . It was 23.00 and cold .
If that first driver would have taken us and a few more - then the next bus would not have been full.
Got to the car park and the key said row F . My vehicle was no where to be found on row F. 5 suitcases and 5 hand luggage and 2 kids going up and down row F . We had to press the key and all faced different ways to see a flash. Typical the vehicle was in row A, near the key pick up .
Disappointed as seemed so unorganised.
Could have got a cheaper car park , at a car park I was not familiar with, but stuck with Air Parks for ease . It was not easy, just hassle .”
