“We always find Airparks at Luton hassle free , staff are friendly and helpful. We park our car there for approximately 5 to 6 months of the year and the car has never had any damage. However i was wondering whether it would be possible to set up annual passes for long term customers such as myself so we could pay 1 fee and use the parking as and when required. Also we have a Spanish car at Alicante airport which stays at the airport a similar amount of time. There we pay an annual fee and they cover the car with a plastic car cover to protect the car for the long periods it is parked up. Is that also something you could consider for long term parking? At Alicante for 300 euros they collect the car from the airport express parking and return it to us as and when required with unlimited visits also they wash the car before it is brought to us. I know you probably cant compete with that but maybe consider an annual fee and car covers?”
